Order electronics home appliances on cgdigital.com.np is pretty easy. You just need to follow the steps below:

  • Choose the product you wish to purchase?
  • Click "Add to Cart" button. The product will be added to your cart.
  • You can add as my product to your cart as you wish to purchase.
  • After adding all the products to your cart, go to your cart and click "Check Out".
  • If you've not signed, please sign in to your account and click "Proceed to Checkout". But if you haven't signed up, please follow the process of singing up and proceed further.
  • Choose payment option and fill in the Sipping/Billing information and click "Complete Checkout".
  • Ta-daaa you have now placed an order successfully.

Inside Ring-Road of Kathamndu Valley, the delivery is done free of any charges. Deliveries in proximity areas outside Ring-Road of Kathmandu Valley is also free. For deliveries much farther away from Ring Road, we charge minimal delivery charges of upto NRS 500/- depending upon the distance of delivery location.

For deliveries outside Kathmandu Valley, the delivery charges are levied as per the charges of  transport company.

You have 48 Hours to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return will be accepted only after physical verification of product.

Products once installed are not accepted for return or replacement.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you through Cheque/Bank Deposit.


You will be responsible for paying for your own transportation costs for return. 

Transportation charge of return will be deducted from refund amount if you require transportation facilities.

Charges deducted by the payment gateways at the time of original payment will not be refunded.

You can opt for any one of the following methods for making payment of your order.

Cash On Delivery:

You can pay us on CASH after the delivery is done at your doorsteps. Cash on Delivery facility is not available for deliveries outside Katmandu Valley.

Credit/Debit Card Payment:

You can now pay for your order through Credit/Debit card via our 3D secure online payment gateway system. By using Credit/Debit Card payment system, you can purchase our products from any part of the world and get it delivered here in you home in Nepal.

Mobile Wallet:

We offer multiple option of payment through Mobile Wallet system. The mobile wallet systems we have partnerd with are considered safest in terms of monetary transaction is concerned.


  • You can register at cgdigital.com.np by following steps:
  • Click Log In on top right corner of homepage. You will then be redirected to login page.
  • On Register panel of the log in page, fill in all the necessary information.
  • After all the genuine information is filled, click Register button on the bottom. This will basically will submit your form.
  • After submission of the form,  our system will send a confirmation link to the email address you used for registration. Open your email account and click the confirmation link. You will now be redirected to our website confirming your registration.
  • You can now sign in to cgdigital and enjoy shopping.

Inside Ring-Road, after confirmation of your order, it will take 2-3 working days to deliver your order to your doorsteps.

Outside Kthamdnu Valley, it depends upon the proximity of the delivery location. Deliveries outside Kathmandu Valley will be done till the premisis of the transport company only. It will take around 7 days for the order to be delivered out side Kathmandu Valley till the transport company premisis. 

  1. Delivery normally takes a minimum of around 3 working days inside Kathmandu valley. For details about the delivery, please check the FAQ "How long does it take to delviery my order?"
  2. Customer are requested to do physical inspection of the product before taking the delivery.
  3. Same day delivery and installtion of products is not possible as our delivery and installation team are different. 
  4. For installation of products, customer are requested to contact our  service center Toll free number 16600100211(NTC) 9851717171(NCELL) mentioned in the warranty card for the installation of the product. 
  5. Customer will be provided with a complaint ID by our service center upon complaint registration (for installation or repair). It normally takes 3 working days for our service technician to visit your premises.
  6. Additional charges will be applicable *
  • For TV, installation is FREE, but wall bracket is chargable depending upon the type and capacity of the wall bracket. 
  • For A/c installation, Instalation charge is NRP 4,000/- , and if additional outdoor wall angle bracket is required, then it will cost NPR 1,500/- per unit, charges will also be applicable for additional drainage pipes and coppers and switches (NPR 450/- per running feet). 
  • For Washing Machine, installation is FREE. But the plumbing part till the location of installation needs to be done by the customer.
  • Customer  are requested to keep Warranty card and VAT bills safely.

A registration process is required at the time of the purchase. All we ask is for your name, email address and your phone number to register .

As  soon  as  you  place  your order, you would receive an order confirmation  mail from us with your code and shipping details. And also you can track your order through “My Account” in home page.
